I’m excited for the new Absolute Batman and this 500-piece foil cover black-and-white exclusive to DC’s booth has hit $200 on secondary as people are highly anticipating this new take on Batman (here is a video flip through). There are non-foil versions given away at the DC panel and some retailers are getting them so those ashcans are not going for as much so be careful when looking at the 2 versions. Writer Scott Snyder posted this sick page by artist Nick Dragotta, and I am excited too. Will this new Absolute line save DC Comics? Learn more about what the Absolute line is here. Infamous Iron Man Funkp Pop

After last weeks chase for the emost valuable Dr Doom comic (TL;DR: It’s Fantastic Four #5) the Funko community also got in on the excitment and chose their Infamous Doctor Doom figure as the super-prize and has now exploded on secondary to $150-$200. Released in 2020, this Funko Pop had a production run of 30,000 and features a glow in the dark design.
I re-read the comics by Brian Michael Bendis and I highly doubt this series is the base point for the Avengers: Doomsday movie. I saw Longlegs and if Nicolas Cage can perform under that amount of make-up, and Ryan Reynolds did it for the third time, then Robert Downey Jr can do it. Because he has before. Many times. So whatever they are doing will be all new, except that Doom is as integral to Avengers: Secret Wars as he was in the original 80’s maxi-series.

Marvel + KITH + PSA Spider-Man and Venom 2-Pack
SHOES + COMICS
It’s enough to have to fight off other fanboys at SDCC, now I have to fight the hypebeasts too - and literally some fights broke out in the line to get them as well! KITH and Marvel have another shoe line out, and this time they threw in the first looks at the new PSA graded comics to make them even more collectible. Of all the sets released this limited set of Spider-Man and Venom Asics shoes with PSA slabbed Venom reprint comic without an actual number grade but a AU grade - standing for authentic promotional comic. This set is hitting $1500-1800 on secondary. This is the first time they have shown their new comic slabs so that in itself is a hot collectible in the world of graded comics.
